Marcus and I have an August to ourselves, with his mom in Spain for the summer, so we have some adventures planned. Our first adventure was a camping trip. I asked my facebook friends if they had any suggestions, and several mentioned Lake Sullivan, so, site unseen, we headed out.
Ends up we headed out without our tent poles, too. Or cups. But we made do. We ate Top Romen, played cards, hiked, went swimming, and Marcus learned to skip stones, some of which you can see in these here photographs. Oh, and the lake was absolutely beautiful. So still and quiet and blue-grey.
